In order to participate you must email Officer V. Denoble at Vjdenoble@smithfieldpd.org to enter and receive more information. All contestants will provide a vehicle with a decorated trunk and wear a costume. All candy and prizes will be provided. Prizes will be given to top three trunks.

Ages 0-12 years old are welcome
Wear a costume if you like it is not required. This event will specifically be at the Inclusion Playground at the Smithfield Community Park.

Calling all ghosts, goblins, fairies, princesses and everything in between! Trunk or Treat is a fun and safe event that goes beyond trick or treating with entertainment by DJ Jim Earp, bounce houses, and plenty of frightening fun. Trunk or Treat will happen Rain or Shine!
We are looking for local businesses, community organizations or volunteers to decorate their vehicle trunk or tailgate and provide candy or small treats to our Trunk or Treat-ers. You must pre-register your trunk prior to the day of the event. A contest will be held for the “Best Dressed Car” and winners will receive spooky prizes!

Are you a homeowner that has been impacted by Hurricane Matthew? Assistance is available through the ReBuild North Carolina Program. ReBuild NC, North Carolina’s Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) program, provides funding to applicants for housing repairs, homeowner reimbursement for work that homeowners have already completed on their own, and other housing-related issues due to damage from Hurricane Matthew.

The Woman’s Club of Clayton presents the 14th Annual Taste of Carolina Cuisine on Friday, November 2, at 6:30 PM at The Clayton Center. Enjoy food samples from local restaurants and vote for your favorites. Participate in the Silent Auction to purchase some great items.
